Marketing Specialist – Digital, Media & Growth Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Specialist to drive digital, media and growth campaigns for a leading global technology organisation in Dublin. The role is ideal for an early‑career marketer who enjoys turning ideas into measurable campaigns, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and using data to optimise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support media planning and coordinate day‑to‑day activities with external agencies.
• Develop and execute social media, social selling and leadership activation initiatives.
• Track campaign performance, ROI and key commercial metrics, producing regular reports.
• Work closely with sales, growth, content, design and media teams to maximise campaign impact.
• Analyse data to uncover audience insights and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Assist in creating high‑quality content for media and social channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital, growth, performance, social, events, media or related marketing.
• Strong project‑management and communication abilities.
• Proven confidence working cross‑functionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to assess campaign performance.

Required skills

• Practical understanding of social media platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO and media placement concepts.
• Familiarity with consumer behaviour and influencer marketing.

• Competitive salary of €70,000 per annum.
• Hybrid working model – three days onsite in a state‑of‑the‑art Dublin office.
