Newly Qualified Accountant – Practice Role in Dublin

About the role

This position is for a newly qualified ACA accountant to join a fast‑growing practice in Dublin. You will work hands‑on across a diverse portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals, medical, legal and entrepreneurial clients, gaining solid practice experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review statutory accounts for a range of high‑value clients.
• Manage corporation tax filings and provide related advisory support.
• Handle VAT compliance, returns and related queries.
• Process payroll for client organisations and ensure statutory accuracy.
• Deliver client‑facing advisory services and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with senior partners on complex accounting projects.

Required profile

• ACA qualified (newly or recently qualified).
• Experience in a small to mid‑tier practice environment.
• Strong exposure to accounts preparation and compliance work.
• Interest in progressing towards CTA qualification.
• Excellent communication skills with a client‑focused mindset.
• Looking for a long‑term role with clear progression.
