About the role
The position is for an Obstetrics & Gynaecology Registrar based in Ireland. The registrar will join a hospital team to provide specialist obstetric and gynaecological care under supervision, contributing to the delivery of women's health services.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Active registration with the Irish Medical Council (IMC) – applications without active IMC registration will not be considered.
- Valid English language qualification (OET or IELTS) at the time of application, where applicable.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in obstetrics and gynaecology.
- Irish experience in obstetrics and gynaecology is desirable but not mandatory.
- Completion of at least two parts of the membership examination for the specialty of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
- For candidates who completed the International Medical Graduate Training Initiative (Pakistan & Sudan), a minimum of 12 months residence in the home country after graduation is required.
