Operations Manager – Days Team

About the role
WHOOP is looking for an Operations Manager to lead the Days team that supports Membership Services Representatives in Ireland and the U.S. This hybrid role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on coaching to ensure exceptional member experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a hybrid team of 2–3 Team Managers, each overseeing 10–12 Membership Services Representatives.
- Drive performance against operational KPIs in a time‑sensitive environment.
- Coach and mentor Team Managers, creating personal development plans and delivering regular feedback.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align initiatives and improve workflows.
- Identify and implement improvements to operational systems, including AI‑powered support tools.
- Partner with L&D to assess training needs and coordinate sessions.
- Conduct shadowing and QA reviews to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Handle member escalations, providing timely resolutions.
- Work with People Operations to document performance and people‑management practices.
- Participate in recruitment and provide hiring recommendations.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
- Strong coaching mindset with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
- Empathetic and accountable approach to people management.
- Data‑driven decision‑maker comfortable using metrics to guide improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
