Outbound SDR

About the role

Rippling is looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join its Dublin office. You will be the first point of contact with new prospects, helping them discover how Rippling’s unified HR, IT, and finance platform can simplify their employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Become a product expert across Rippling’s platform and understand the competitive landscape.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads while executing outbound outreach with strategic, personalized messaging.
• Partner with marketing to run outbound campaigns that increase lead flow.
• Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodologies and qualify opportunities for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑urgency environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work cross‑functionally.
• Previous experience in Sales Development or Business Development is preferred.

• Experience using a CRM system.
