Part-Qualified Accountant – 3‑Month Contract (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Part‑Qualified Accountant to join the finance team of a leading Irish business on a three‑month contract. Based in North Dublin with a hybrid working model, the role offers exposure to a fast‑paced environment and the chance to develop core accounting competencies. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and other stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare management accounts and month‑end financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Perform reconciliations of key accounts and support internal and external audit activities.
• Submit revenue data to senior management, adhering to strict deadlines and compliance standards.
• Maintain robust financial controls, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation actions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase business efficiency.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a comparable accounting position, handling month‑end and reporting tasks.
• A relevant degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast‑changing team.
• Demonstrates strong initiative, meticulous attention to detail, and a willingness to develop further expertise.
