Part‑time Sales Consultant – Fashion Retail

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Sales Consultant to join the Gerard Darel and Pablo concessions inside Arnotts in Dublin. The role is 14 hours per week, primarily on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, with occasional additional days to support the team.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers, delivering a high level of service.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product information and brand guidelines.
• Process deliveries, replenish stock, handle returns and manage the stockroom for both brands.
• Address customer enquiries and complaints in line with company policies.
• Open and close the store and tills, ensuring accurate cash handling.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Undertake additional duties as required to support store operations.

Required profile

• Highly motivated and passionate about fashion retail.
• Previous experience in a face‑to‑face customer service or sales role.
• Ability to multitask across two brands and thrive in a busy environment.
• Willingness to learn, improve and work flexibly.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on shared goals.
