About the role

Allcare Pharmacy in Mulhuddart is seeking a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to join its team. You will deliver excellent customer service, provide product advice, and support the pharmacy’s daily operations while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product information and advice across all pharmacy ranges, consulting the Managing Pharmacist when needed.
• Maintain stock control, including rotation, appropriate levels, and correct supplier usage.
• Deliver professional, efficient customer service and build strong relationships with pharmacy customers.
• Assist in all areas of pharmacy operations, adapting to the needs of the Managing Pharmacist.
• Handle over‑the‑counter medicines using WWHAM questioning and refer to the Pharmacist as appropriate.
• Follow security, cash handling, and health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Keep the pharmacy clean, tidy, and report any health‑and‑safety concerns promptly.
• Participate in training and development programmes and proactively develop the role.
