About the role

Join Hickey's Pharmacy in Ballincollig as a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing advice, support and exceptional care in a supportive, learning‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting loyalty.
• Drive retail sales through link selling, promotion advice and product recommendations.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure merchandising standards are met.
• Perform cash management duties accurately and securely.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Undertake additional projects and duties as required.

Required profile

• Strong customer engagement and service orientation.
• Ability to listen, understand needs and tailor conversations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with a keen interest in retail pharmacy.
• Previous OTC sales and customer service experience.
• Product knowledge; interest or experience in skin‑care is an advantage.
