Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to join our award‑winning Hickey’s Pharmacy on Grafton Street, Dublin. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing advice, support and a friendly retail experience in a supportive, team‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and act as the primary point of contact for pharmacy visitors.
• Promote and drive retail sales through link‑selling, product recommendations and in‑store promotions.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure merchandising standards are met.
• Handle cash transactions securely and accurately.
• Build customer loyalty by offering personalized health advice and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to listen and respond to individual needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine interest in retail pharmacy.
• Previous experience in OTC sales or a similar customer‑facing role.
