Product Marketing Specialist

About the role

As a Product Marketing Specialist at beqom, you will drive the positioning, launch and market enablement of our SaaS compensation and performance management solutions. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will collaborate with product, sales and services teams to translate product value into compelling messaging and sales tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies and plans for new and existing products aligned with business priorities.
• Create differentiated product messaging for distinct buyer groups, segments and industry verticals.
• Produce high‑quality sales assets such as pitch decks, one‑pagers, playbooks, brochures, product videos and FAQs.
• Maintain and update competitive battlecards, objection‑handling guides and positioning materials as market conditions evolve.
• Generate monthly analysis reports on product marketing activity with clear metrics and KPIs.
• Design, coordinate and deliver field enablement programmes supporting product launches and major go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Partner with product teams to translate updates into actionable, field‑friendly formats and maintain a central enablement library.
• Act as a trusted partner to commercial colleagues, ensuring consistent articulation of product value across all touchpoints.
