Production Operative – Manufacturing Role in Gort

About the role

We are seeking Production Operatives to join our growing manufacturing team in Gort, Co. Galway. This permanent, full‑time position offers a stable schedule with no weekend work, allowing you to develop a long‑term career in a high‑performing environment that supports innovative healthcare technology.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out general manufacturing and production tasks.
• Assemble components and finished products.
• Operate, set up and adjust CNC and other automated machinery.
• Perform surface‑finishing processes such as washing, coating and polishing.
• Package finished goods for distribution.
• Complete basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements.
• Accurately record production data and communicate with team members.
• Contribute to a safe, collaborative and continuous‑improvement culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in CNC, automated machinery, or a similar production environment.
• Ability to carry out basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments.
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on setting.
• Good computer literacy (MS Office).
• Strong attention to detail and a team‑focused mindset.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lb (≈11 kg).
