Production Operator – Day Shift

About the role

As a Manufacturing Associate 2 you will work in a cleanroom environment producing Dexcom’s life‑changing Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) devices. The position is a day‑shift role operating semi‑automated and fully automated equipment to meet high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semi‑automated and automated production equipment.
• Perform manual tasks such as handling components, loading materials and supporting assembly processes.
• Carry out precise, dexterity‑based assembly tasks while maintaining consistent output.
• Conduct in‑process quality checks and complete packaging, labeling, material movement and data entry.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, batch records and cleanroom protocols, documenting activities accurately.
• Report deviations, defects or safety concerns promptly and support quality and yield targets.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth shift handovers.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate (or Level 5 equivalent) or comparable qualification.
• Minimum 2 years experience in medical‑device or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production setting.
• Reliability, accuracy and adherence to standardized processes.

Required skills

• Operation of semi‑automated and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs and cleanroom protocols.
• Ability to perform precise assembly and in‑process quality checks.
• Competence in documentation and data entry related to batch records.
