Night Shift Production Operator – Cleanroom

About the role

Join Dexcom’s manufacturing team in Athenry as a Night Shift Production Operator. Working in a regulated cleanroom environment, you will help produce life‑changing continuous glucose monitoring devices on a 12‑hour night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semi‑automated and fully automated production equipment.
• Perform manual tasks such as component handling, material loading, and assembly support.
• Execute precise, dexterity‑based assembly steps while maintaining consistent output.
• Conduct in‑process quality checks and ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and batch records.
• Complete packaging, labeling, material movement, and required data entry.
• Report deviations, defects, or safety concerns immediately.
• Collaborate with supervisors and shift teammates to ensure smooth handovers.
• Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in medical‑device or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
• Reliability, accuracy, and adherence to standardized processes.
