Production Operator – Shift Work (Leaflets)

About the role

MM is seeking experienced Production Operators to join its Cork site on a full‑time, shift‑work basis. You will work in a safe, fast‑paced environment ensuring that production deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Meet production deadlines in a timely and safe manner.
• Maintain and optimise the productivity of assigned machines.
• Participate in health & safety training and adhere to all site procedures.
• Report any incidents promptly to Shift Leads.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage schedules.
• Attention to detail and good overall organisational ability.
• Capability to handle a busy workload and deliver results on time.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, production environment.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, multitask and adapt quickly.
• Enthusiastic, quick learner with a team‑oriented, flexible mindset.
