Production Shift Leader

About the role

Elis is looking for a motivated Production Shift Leader to join its fast‑paced manufacturing team. This hands‑on position will support the PM production shift, ensuring smooth daily operations, meeting targets, and upholding safety and efficiency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee AM shift production processes to guarantee smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist the Production Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Monitor machine and operator performance, quickly identifying and resolving issues.
• Coordinate workflow and ensure required materials are available to production lines.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and performance data.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
