About the role
The Project Controller will join a rapidly expanding medical device manufacturing site in Cork, supporting a major capital investment programme. This 12‑month fixed‑term position is responsible for overseeing cost reporting, forecasting and budget management across new state‑of‑the‑art facilities and automation projects.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure detailed cost reporting, analysis and forecasting performance.
- Prepare monthly and yearly rolling forecasts and analyse variances against the baseline budget.
- Implement the Project Controls Plan (PCP) with appropriate cost management and control measures.
- Own and manage the project budget, cost risk, value improvement, change management, reporting, contingency and benchmarking processes as defined in the PCP.
Required profile
- Engineering or Business qualification.
- Extensive experience implementing capital project cost control for pharmaceutical or medical‑device facilities.
- Knowledge of different agreement forms for capital projects and their application to work packages.
