About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new pump station and amenity park in Dublin. The role involves overseeing all civil works, including sewer, ducting, piling and related infrastructure, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Monitor progress on site, resolve issues promptly and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Control costs, approve variations and report financial performance.
- Maintain regular communication with client, stakeholders and senior management.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing civil construction projects of similar scale.
- Familiarity with pump station, sewer, ducting and piling works.
- Strong leadership, decision‑making and stakeholder management abilities.
- Relevant engineering or construction qualification preferred.
