Project Manager – Energy Infrastructure (Cavan/Sligo)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing energy solutions company delivering major industrial energy infrastructure projects across Ireland. As a Project Manager you will lead mechanical and electrical construction programmes for renewable energy and industrial upgrades in the Cavan, Sligo and Ballina regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of mechanical and electrical construction projects covering Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), heat pumps and industrial infrastructure upgrades.
• Manage complex, site‑based projects from planning through commissioning, ensuring health, safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor progress, report performance and drive continuous improvement across project phases.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in construction, utilities, energy or industrial sectors.
• Strong background in mechanical or electrical project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, site‑based projects.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management capabilities.
• Experience in renewable energy or industrial infrastructure is advantageous.
