Project Manager – ERP & Grant Management (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

PFH Technology is seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead ERP and grant‑management initiatives for a Dublin‑based client. The role will oversee SmartSimple and Microsoft Business Central projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget while maintaining high quality and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, RAID logs and governance reports for SmartSimple and Business Central implementations.
• Coordinate delivery activities to meet agreed scope, budget, timelines and quality standards.
• Lead stakeholder and vendor management across business, technical and third‑party teams.
• Support data migration activities, including mapping, validation, reconciliation and migration governance.
• Facilitate requirements‑gathering workshops and produce business and functional documentation.
• Plan and execute SIT/UAT testing, manage test scripts, track defects and report results.
• Assist with Microsoft Business Central upgrade projects and manage cross‑functional dependencies.
• Produce and maintain project artefacts, status updates and governance documentation.

Required profile

• Degree‑level qualification in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Analysis or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in ICT project delivery or project management.
• Proven experience delivering ERP/Finance systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
• Experience with grant‑management platforms such as SmartSimple.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience with data migration, SIT/UAT testing and change management.
