Project Manager – Facilities Management

LMC FM, an ABM Company, is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing facilities‑management team in Dublin. This permanent, full‑time position offers the chance to develop a career in a dynamic sector, supporting both customers and internal office teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects to budget, ensuring cost clarity and delivering services that exceed customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder management plans, conduct regular meetings, and build strong client relationships.
• Oversee project delivery, including cost, quality, and programme, using Microsoft Project or equivalent tools.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities, maintaining updated risk registers.
• Coordinate safety, statutory duties, and sustainability reporting, including waste and energy management.
• Monitor uniform, PPE, equipment availability and achieve site operational KPIs.
• Lead the team to provide best‑in‑class customer service while maintaining a fair, inclusive workplace.

Required profile

• Background in reception, customer service, or administration is ideal.
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to react promptly to issues and support their resolution within contract scope.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or equivalent project‑management software.
