Project Manager – Fintech & Blockchain (Remote, Ireland)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑impact initiatives within a fast‑moving fintech and blockchain environment. The role is remote‑first and focuses on delivering strategic internal and external projects that drive innovation in digital payments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of multiple projects, from planning and execution to delivery and post‑launch evaluation.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, risk‑management plans, and performance‑tracking processes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across product, engineering, and business functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, technical materials, reports, and presentations.
• Monitor project quality, deadlines, and deliverables to align with business objectives and client expectations.
• Gather feedback, manage stakeholder expectations, and proactively address operational risks.
• Provide analytical insights, performance evaluations, and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience managing technology or digital transformation projects in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong understanding of fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or digital‑payment ecosystems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Solid knowledge of project‑management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Analytical mindset focused on process optimisation, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• PMI or other recognised project‑management certification is a plus.
