Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple customer implementation projects for a fast‑growing SaaS company operating in a global, dynamic industry. The role is fully remote and involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery from kickoff to go‑live and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of several implementation projects simultaneously, covering discovery, planning, deployment and transition.
• Maintain alignment with scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards while proactively mitigating risks.
• Lead customer‑facing meetings such as status updates, steering committees and project reviews.
• Coordinate technical, customer success and delivery teams, defining responsibilities, dependencies and deadlines.
• Leverage AI tools and workflow automation to streamline administration, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and develop forecasting processes to anticipate delivery challenges.
• Handle escalations, collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on project management experience, preferably in SaaS implementations or customer‑facing technology environments.
• Strong grasp of core project management principles such as scope, risk, change control and stakeholder communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail.
• Experience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered productivity tools.
