Quality Control Analyst (In‑Process QC)

About the role

PSC Biotech is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join its In‑Process Control team in a newly 5S‑certified analytical laboratory. The role provides exposure to both drug substance and drug product manufacturing within a fast‑paced, GMP‑compliant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform primary review of QC raw data and trend results.
• Prepare protocols, summaries, and analytical reports.
• Conduct in‑process analytical and microbiological testing to support manufacturing operations.
• Test incoming raw materials and packaging components for downstream processes.
• Work within a 4‑cycle shift schedule to support continuous manufacturing.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
• Understanding of GMP standards and 5S principles.
• Commitment to quality, compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.
