Quality Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical distribution company in Dublin. The role is based in the operational/warehouse facility and involves hands‑on management of the Quality Management System across all business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System to ensure effective daily operation.
• Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) guidelines for all distribution activities.
• Draft, review, and release new procedures, obtaining necessary approvals.
• Update and manage Quality Technical Agreements with suppliers, customers, and outsourced service providers.
• Collaborate with colleagues at all levels to embed quality standards throughout the organisation.

Required profile

• Significant senior‑level experience in quality roles within pharmaceutical distribution.
• Relevant academic qualification in Quality, Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Good Distribution Practice and HPRA regulations.
• Strong ability to work across functions and influence at all organisational levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems.
