Quality Manager

About the role

Overhaul is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of its Quality Management System (QMS). The role provides strategic leadership, oversees compliance with ISO 9001 and other standards, and works across product, engineering, operations and support teams to embed quality practices.

Key responsibilities

• Build and mentor a high‑performing quality team and define the QMS strategy, roadmap and governance.
• Implement and manage an electronic QMS (eQMS), including document control, training, CAPA, risk management, internal and external audits, and management reviews.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance, set quality objectives, KPIs and monitoring mechanisms.
• Lead internal and external audits, drive corrective and preventive actions, and oversee supplier evaluation and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations and customer support to embed quality practices, facilitate root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate quality goals and culture across the organization and with customers, auditors and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a QMS in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and related regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams and drive process simplification.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
