About the role
Join easyHotel in Dublin as a full‑time, permanent Team Member focused on front‑desk operations. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Provide flexible, day‑to‑day support for hotel operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest enquiries and complaints.
- Inspect rooms and communicate any issues to maintenance or housekeeping.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences that drive 5‑star reviews.
- Manage bookings and guest flow using the Apaleo hotel booking system.
Required profile
- Willingness to work flexibly according to hotel needs.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly.

- Proficiency with the Apaleo hotel booking system.
