About the role
We are recruiting for an aircraft leasing platform to join its Dublin office as a Receptionist and Office & Facilities Coordinator. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while ensuring the smooth operation of the workplace and supporting facilities projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reception duties, greet visitors, answer calls and handle general enquiries.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, hospitality arrangements and internal events.
- Liaise with external suppliers, maintenance providers and building management on office‑related matters.
- Oversee office administration, including supplies management, access coordination and workplace upkeep.
- Assist with facilities projects, repairs and day‑to‑day operational support across the office environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in reception, office coordination, facilities or administrative support roles.
- Strong organisational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional communication style, proactive and approachable.
- Comfortable working in a visible, office‑based support position.
- Willingness to work five days per week on‑site.
