About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist / Senior Administrator to join our large corporate group in Dublin. The role combines front‑desk responsibilities with evolving senior administrative support for a small team of executives, offering clear career progression.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors and staff warmly and manage the reception area.
- Answer and direct all incoming calls efficiently.
- Handle post, room bookings and general enquiries received at reception.
- Coordinate diaries, schedule meetings and book conference rooms.
- Prepare minutes, reports and presentations as required.
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception environment at all times.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years experience in a corporate receptionist role.
- Strong administrative abilities with excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure while delivering a high standard of service.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Outlook.
