Recruiter, AWS Talent Acquisition EMEA

About the role

Amazon Web Services is looking for a customer‑focused Recruiter to join its global Talent Acquisition team. You will support Data Centre hiring across the EMEA region, driving the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to placement while ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs for Data Centre roles across EMEA.
• Own end‑to‑end recruiting activities, including sourcing, engaging, qualifying, and closing candidates.
• Collaborate with a team of recruiters, sourcers, and recruiting coordinators to meet service level agreements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase scalability and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies, including employer branding and market outreach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in both high‑volume and corporate‑level recruiting.
• Track record recruiting technical talent in competitive markets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience managing multiple searches and client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to prioritize, demonstrate urgency, and provide constructive pushback when needed.
