About the role

Lex Consultancy is looking for enthusiastic Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team in Dublin. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and placing top talent across a diverse portfolio of corporate, professional services and public sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer acceptance.
• Identify and engage passive talent through various sourcing channels.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own desk.
• Experience in recruitment is welcomed at any level.
