Recruitment Manager – Life Sciences (Manufacturing & Engineering)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced recruiter, or a motivated professional ready to step into leadership, to join our high‑performing Life Sciences team in Ireland. The role focuses on contract recruitment for Manufacturing and Engineering, supporting leading Pharma, Biopharma and MedTech organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships across the Life Sciences manufacturing sector.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand hiring needs and build a strong contractor network.
• Drive business growth by managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
