Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator

About the role

As a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator at Kids Inc, you will drive the attraction, selection, and integration of talent that supports our early years and after‑school care programmes across Ireland. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment journey, ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to the new hire’s first day.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple roles within our after‑school centres.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create job adverts.
• Post vacancies on relevant platforms, track applications and coordinate screening interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS and HR systems, and produce regular recruitment reports.
• Support onboarding and induction, collecting documentation in line with Tusla guidelines.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, HR or coordination (in‑house or agency).
• Exceptional organisational and communication abilities.
• Proactive, friendly, detail‑oriented approach.
• Comfortable handling multiple roles and timelines simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of employment legislation.
• Previous experience in education recruitment is desirable.
• Successful candidates must pass a Garda vetting check and provide a valid police certificate if applicable.
