Regional Marketing Specialist (French or German Speaking)

About the role

Poka is looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist for the EMEA region who will design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. The role works closely with sales, product marketing and digital teams to deliver targeted messaging for key European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise coordinated campaigns across email, paid social, search, webinars, events and nurture workflows.
• Build targeted programmes for specific ICP segments in the UK&I, DACH, France and other regions.
• Support Account‑Based Marketing by creating tailored programmes for priority accounts.
• Manage multi‑language campaigns (English, German, French) ensuring regional alignment and message consistency.
• Partner with local sales teams to align marketing activity with the EMEA sales strategy.
• Support planning and execution of field events and regional activations.
• Analyse results, identify optimisation opportunities and report performance metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, CPL and contributed pipeline.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience executing B2B SaaS or technology marketing campaigns.
• Proven track record of running multi‑channel digital campaigns that impact funnel and pipeline performance.
• Experience planning and coordinating both digital and in‑person events.
• Familiarity with Account‑Based Marketing approaches and tools.
• Experience managing campaigns in multiple languages.
