Registered Nurses – AI Training

About the role

Prolific is seeking registered nurses to join its Domain Expert network and help train cutting‑edge AI models. As a remote participant you will evaluate clinical scenarios generated by AI, providing feedback that improves model accuracy and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated responses to clinical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, safety, and reasoning quality.
• Compare multiple model answers, select the best response and justify the choice.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn from identified shortcomings.

Required profile

• Current registration as a nurse in good standing (license/registration, board certification where applicable).
• Recent clinical experience and comfort evaluating clinical reasoning.
• Willingness to complete a short eligibility screener to join the Domain Expert pool.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and access to a computer.
• Self‑employment status with willingness to self‑declare earnings.
• PayPal account for receiving payments.
