Residential Property Legal Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Executive with a focus on residential property conveyancing to join a Dublin‑based law firm. The role involves managing conveyancing matters from instruction through to post‑completion under solicitor supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing files from start to finish, including drafting contracts, replies to requisitions and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents and financial institutions to progress transactions.
• Order and review property, planning and title searches.
• Prepare closing statements, completion packs and handle Land Registry and Registry of Deeds applications.
• Submit stamp duty returns via the Revenue eStamping system.
• Assist with mortgage documentation and lender requirements.
• Maintain client files, deadlines and compliance with Law Society regulations.
• Provide regular client updates and manage post‑completion matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years recent experience in residential conveyancing (3‑5 years preferred).
• Understanding of real‑estate practices and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑service focus.
• Highly motivated, proactive and able to work independently.

What we offer

• Salary up to €52,000 DOE.
• Total compensation package up to €60,000 including pension, bonus and free parking.
• Fully office‑based role in Dublin 13.
