Sales Assistant – Retail Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Galway. The primary focus of the role is to ensure every customer leaves the store satisfied, feeling valued and well‑served.

• Provide a positive, friendly attitude and take responsibility for delivering an excellent shopping experience.
• Handle customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with store policy.
• Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking shelves and keeping the store tidy to the highest standard.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.
• Self‑initiative and teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑driven mindset; previous customer service experience is an advantage.
