About the role
Twilio is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help grow and develop the pipeline for its New Business and Strategic Sales teams. This remote‑first position focuses on building relationships, generating awareness of Twilio’s platform, and feeding qualified opportunities into the sales funnel.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage new companies and markets using a multi‑channel, value‑based outreach approach.
- Complete Twilio’s SDR onboarding program and receive training on product positioning.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for new business opportunity generation.
- Research accounts, execute outbound calls, personalized emails, and social selling activities.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account strategies and territory plans.
- Master tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator to maintain efficient workflows.
Required profile
- Growth‑oriented mindset with a desire to progress toward leadership or customer‑facing roles.
- Goal‑driven and action‑oriented, treating quota as a baseline.
- Willingness to go above and beyond with creative, highly personalized prospect outreach.
- Comfortable adapting to change and energized by a fast‑paced environment.
