Sales Development Representative (Spanish & Portuguese) – Remote Europe

About the role

Hostaway, a leading AI‑powered vacation‑rental management platform, is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive outbound growth in the Spanish‑ and Portuguese‑speaking market across Europe. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Europe while collaborating with a dynamic sales and marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential B2B SaaS clients and key decision‑makers in target industries.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email outreach, and social selling to generate qualified leads.
• Engage prospects to understand their challenges and communicate Hostaway’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute outreach campaigns and follow‑up strategies.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

Required profile

• Previous outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong prospecting and cold‑calling abilities.
• Highly motivated self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese, and fluency in English (written and verbal).

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot).
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach or SalesLoft.
