Security Architect

About the role

Forcepoint is looking for a Security Architect to join its Infrastructure Security team within the CISO organization. You will be responsible for implementing the company‑wide security strategy across corporate infrastructure, owning the CISO tool stack, and partnering with IT, Engineering, DevOps, and Cloud Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and administer CISO‑managed security platforms such as EDR/XDR, CSPM, DSPM, DLP, Web/Email security, and EASM tools.
• Maintain platform health, configure tuning, and build automation workflows to improve detection and response.
• Assess corporate and cloud environments, identify security gaps, and design controls for endpoint, identity, cloud, and network domains.
• Develop and maintain security architecture documentation, reference designs, and technical standards.
• Evaluate new security technologies and provide recommendations for adoption and integration.
• Manage cloud security posture for AWS and Azure, drive remediation of misconfigurations, and oversee vulnerability and continuous threat exposure management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security architecture and design across the full IT stack.
• Ability to translate security strategy into operational execution.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional technical teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools and awareness of associated security risks.
