Selling Partner Associate – English/French (Remote, Ireland)

About the role

Amazon is looking for bilingual (English/French) Selling Partner Associates to join its virtual support team in Ireland. You will work from home, assisting third‑party sellers and vendors through phone, email and chat, helping them navigate Amazon’s marketplace platforms and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to Amazon sellers and vendors via phone, email and chat.
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound communications while meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Identify customer needs, research policies, and deliver accurate solutions.
• Document all interactions according to standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and guide sellers on product listings and platform usage.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on Amazon tools and policies.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to multitask and use multiple software tools simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, with shift patterns determined after training.
• Interest in process improvement and continuous learning.
