Senior Auditor – Audit Team (Dublin)

About the role

O'Dwyer Delaney, a well‑established firm of Certified Chartered Accountants in Dublin 2, is seeking a recently qualified ACCA or ACA professional to join its audit team as a Senior Auditor. This permanent, full‑time role offers rapid development opportunities and a clear path towards audit manager for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Lead audit assignments across a diverse portfolio of clients, including wholesale, software development, online gaming and biotech.
• Work on‑site with clients, preparing and reviewing audit files to a high standard.
• Liaise directly with clients, managing day‑to‑day audit queries.
• Support and mentor junior team members on audit engagements.

Required profile

• Recently qualified ACCA or ACA with audit experience gained during a training contract.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and Irish GAAP/IFRS.
• Confident communicator comfortable dealing directly with clients.
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to manage own workload.
• Full driving licence is an advantage for client site work.
