Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager (3-6 month contract)

About the role

This is a 3–6 month daily‑rate contract for a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager with a fast‑growing company that has recently added over 100,000 new customers. The role offers high autonomy, visibility across the business and the chance to influence strategic and delivery‑focused initiatives during a critical scaling phase.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Gather, analyse, document and validate business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions for technical and non‑technical participants.
• Translate business objectives into clear operational and functional deliverables.
• Drive project planning, governance, reporting, risk management and delivery tracking.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, priorities and milestones in a fast‑moving environment.
• Support Agile delivery practices and work closely with product and development teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management.
• Proven track record delivering business and technology projects in fast‑paced or complex settings.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at senior levels.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and process‑improvement capabilities.
• Ability to operate in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
