About the role

This senior position leads corporate tax compliance for complex group clients within a fast‑growing professional services firm in Dublin. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior finance stakeholders while mentoring junior tax staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of corporate tax returns for large, complex groups.
• Ensure full compliance with Irish corporate tax legislation and reporting obligations.
• Serve as the primary tax contact for senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with audit and advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior tax professionals, building a high‑performing team.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve compliance efficiency.
• Stay up‑to‑date with corporate tax developments and emerging issues.
• Support business development and strengthen client relationships.

Required profile

• ACA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 6 years of corporate tax compliance experience, preferably with complex group structures.
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish corporate tax.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and lead a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and client‑focused mindset.
• Ambitious with a clear desire to progress to partnership.
