Senior Director of Product – Global Employer of Record Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Director of Product to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a global Employer of Record platform. Based in Ireland, you will own the end‑to‑end product experience across the full employment lifecycle, enabling companies to hire, onboard, manage, and pay international talent at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and performance aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and scale multiple Product Managers, setting high standards for discovery, execution, and delivery.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, success metrics, and scalable execution plans.
• Prioritize initiatives across new features, regulatory requirements, technical debt, and platform improvements.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Go‑to‑Market teams on complex cross‑functional projects.
• Use data, insights, and customer feedback to continuously improve product outcomes.
• Foster an AI‑first, high‑performance product culture focused on speed, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Represent the product domain at the executive level, communicating strategy, trade‑offs, risks, and impact.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong background in HR tech, Employer of Record, payroll, compliance, or complex B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to define and communicate product vision tied to business and customer outcomes.
• Systems‑thinking mindset with experience translating complex regulatory or operational requirements into scalable solutions.
• Successful track record leading multi‑team product organizations in high‑growth or scale‑up settings.
