About the role
We are seeking a Senior Engineer to lead on high‑profile housing development projects in Cork City. You will oversee site activities, ensure compliance with specifications, and drive quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and contractors.
- Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
- Liaise with subcontractors and site management teams.
- Verify that works are completed in line with drawings and specifications.
- Maintain accurate site records and produce regular reports.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 + year experience as a Senior Engineer on housing projects.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering.
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
