Senior Events & PR Manager

About the role

This senior, hands‑on position is based in Dublin and involves leading the end‑to‑end delivery of events for a trusted Irish brand within the agricultural community. You will own the full events calendar, work closely with the PR team and senior leadership, and travel nationwide during the event season.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute multi‑day events from concept to on‑site delivery, including logistics, suppliers, branding, signage and run‑of‑show.
• Manage VIP and executive requirements, including CEO and senior leadership participation.
• Coordinate press releases, quotes and event‑related communications with the PR team.
• Support social media content and promotional activities linked to key events.
• Lead a Marketing Executive, ensuring effective execution while retaining primary ownership of events.
• Maintain budgets, schedules and supplier relationships using spreadsheets and project tools.
• Represent the brand on‑site with professionalism, warmth and authenticity.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience delivering multi‑day events, preferably with senior leadership or VIP involvement.
• Highly organised with the ability to plan months ahead and manage multiple moving parts.
• Comfortable working in the field, including weekends and nationwide travel.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect naturally with audiences and stakeholders.
• Valid driving licence.
