Senior French Speaking Customer Operations Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Customer Operations Agent who is fluent in French to deliver high‑quality processing for our corporate and retail clients. The role supports the Customer Operations functional area, ensuring accurate, compliant service delivery for French‑based clients on behalf of FNZ.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day processing tasks, maintaining customer files, issuing quotes and payments, and adhering to established procedures.
• Lead service delivery for French clients, meeting internal KPIs and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support operational transformation initiatives and continuous‑improvement programmes.
• Manage personal risk reporting, control attestations and breach notifications.
• Monitor and report on key performance and risk indicators, taking corrective action when needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken business French.
• Experience in the French life‑insurance market.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality processing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
