Senior IT Project Manager (Contract, Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

We are supporting a manufacturing business that is separating from its parent and building a brand‑new IT function from scratch. The senior IT Project Manager will own delivery across a fast‑moving separation programme, working in a hybrid environment based in Dublin.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the set‑up of IT Operations Management (ITOM) tools and processes.
• Manage knowledge transfer from the parent organisation to the new entity.
• Coordinate changes with Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners and oversee onboarding activities.
• Provide day‑to‑day project governance, reporting and risk mitigation.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering IT projects in a divestiture, carve‑out or entity‑separation context.
• Background in manufacturing, FMCG or similarly complex operational environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to bring structure to a fluid situation.
• Self‑starter who can hit the ground running and adapt to changing priorities.
