Senior Manager – Big 4 Advisory, Audit or Tax

About the role

We are partnering with a global organisation expanding its operations in Ireland. The firm seeks experienced Senior Managers or Directors from a Big 4 background to join its Advisory, Audit or Tax teams. Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across Advisory, Audit or Tax services, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to support the firm’s expansion in Ireland.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Contribute to business development and market positioning activities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 8‑10 years of experience within a Big 4 firm, progressing to Senior Manager or Director level.
• Proven track record in leading complex projects in Advisory, Audit or Tax.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
